This park at the intersection of Granada Blvd. and Atlantic Ave. on The Loop commemorates the Birthplace of Speed. It has beach access with nearby shoping and dining. The primary feature of this park is this large, raised, observation deck.

Fast Fact: The hard packed sands of Ormond Beach became a proving ground for inventors and drivers in 1903. The speed records set here ranged from 63 mph to almost 300 mph in 1935. Today, Ormond Beach's racing heritage is still very much alive.
