Smyrna Dunes Park Encompassing over 70 acres of land at the northern tip of the New Smyrna Beach peninsula, this park allows visitors to see a wide variety of animals, birds, reptiles, marine life and vegetation in their natural habitat. More than 2 miles of boardwalk provide an elevated path around the park and to the beach. |
Fast Fact: The elevated boardwalk protects the natural habitat from foot traffic while providing a raised platform with picnic areas, pavilions, and an observation tower for visitors. The NASA PDL tracking station resides within the perimeter of the park. |
